SMS Terms

These terms apply to text messages sent by Odell Realty NC. By expressly agreeing to receive text messages from us, you agree to these SMS Terms.

Program description

Messages may include individual real-estate follow-ups, responses to your inquiries, appointment coordination, property-related information, and updates concerning real-estate services you requested or discussed with us.

Consent

We send text messages after you provide consent, including consent provided verbally during a conversation or by initiating a text conversation with us. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing property, listing property, or receiving real-estate services.

Message frequency and charges

Message frequency varies based on your communications with us. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile service plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opting out

After you opt out, we may send one confirmation message acknowledging the request. We will not send additional messages under this program unless you provide consent again. Opting out of text messages does not prevent non-text communications that are otherwise permitted.

Privacy

We do not sell or share mobile information or text-message consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Our handling of information is described in the Privacy Policy.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms periodically. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
